Increase Wifi Hot Spot Reception

There is a Sprint Hot spot tower not far from the camp ground

AFAIK Sprint does not have ANY wifi hotspot towers

if you are talking about a normal Cell Tower, (define not far) you do not need a booster for the Sprint phone or cellular wifi hot-spot to connect to the tower

a wifi booster has nothing to do with cell towers and will not connect to cell towers

cell signal amplifiers do exist, and some of us members have them, but it will do not amplify WiFi signals, they are for getting your phone or Cellular Hot-Spot device to connect to the cell tower

cellular and wifi are both radio signals and wireless, but they are two different things, with different power limits, and different coverage range,
