Yes you can use it with the Zing, I use my Wilson with an AT&T Netgear Unite, which is almost identical to the Zing. You will likely will not need an additional antenna unless in extreme fringe, as the improvement will be fantastic. But if you do, you will need a male SMA (if I recall correctly) end on the cable to screw into the amp. You will also need to have the antenna min 6' from the amp to prevent oscillation.
