i'd agree with that statement with a single caveat. we've had luck streaming TV at parks only very, very late at night, say at 1am or later. but that was several years ago and those same parks now severely throttle download speeds when streaming is detected. if someone wants to stream TV or movie video their only practical option is to use their own personal hotspot device...but be prepared to pay through the nose and other orifices for it.
