It also suggests the DISM command might be able to fix some of it.

I had this problem a while back, but subsequent major Windows 10 OS updates seemed to correct the problems. I now usually get a clean report from the SFC /SCANNOW command.
As to how important is it? Probably not, if the machine/Windows seems to be working normally. If you start getting other odd errors or system crashes (aka, inexplicable BSOD) it might be worth pursuing.
I'll run a scan and see what happens and update this thread later.
