I got my first smart phone about a year ago. The only reason I got a USED iPhone was because my wife and (adult) kids have them and I wanted to be sure I could get pictures of my grandchildren.
NEW iPhones are ridiculously especially if you want BUY one so that you one of the many MVNOs like ting, Cricket, StraightTalk, etc.
