To begin with, 1/3 of all the parts in an Iphone are made by Samsung. Including the screen and battery. IOS is no doubt a more secure platform than android, but google has been really shoreing up it's security in the play store. My gripe with Apple is their just not worth it anymore. Their phones are way more expensive and their apps are 2-3 times more expensive. They give you the least amount of hardware for the highest price. I got my Note 9 for $500 compared to $1000 for the Iphone X and it runs circles around the Iphone. Apple has already drastically cut back it's component orders for their phone. And then there was the intentional slowing of their phones to make people buy new ones. Their excuse that it was needed was proved false by outside experts. I will not patronise that kind of company.
