Since your post topic is "WiFi in Motion" the direct answer to your question is no, you cannot use WiFi in motion. You can, however, use a cellular connection, repeated from a router or MiFi device while in motion. This means you need a service plan from your cellular provider and a device that allows this kind of connection or an air card you plug directly into your computer. Verizon has the most coverage Nationwide if you plan to travel over large areas of the US (Canada and Mexico are not included in any data coverage plan). If you plan to spend any length of time in one or 2 specific locations you should verify cellular data coverage at those locations before selecting a provider.
