Wi-Fi in motion is simply a portable system that uses one of the cellular providers, I forget which one.
Thus it's just Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T hot spot service, (Not sure which) same as I use now when parked on occasion.
Alas, I can not use wi-fi while in motion.... I have to drive.
