They appear to be all secondary stations not affiliated with the major networks and some are low power stations that are very do not cover their assigned area well. I think of the Syracuse station which you can only get in part of Syracuse
I never what you imply I said.
As for another posters WAGT comment. WAGT owns a low Power station WAGT-CD on a different frequency and I am thinking that is the own shutting down.
