If I counted correctly, 175 stations will be affected. 30 of these will be moving to VHF. That leaves 145 that will be shutting down their transmitters, 41 of which are low power.
As Jeff said, many of these stations will be pairing up with other stations and will broadcast on one of their sub channels. This is already being done in many markets. Most of these stations will probably continue service on cable and satellite. Since the vast majority of people receive TV via cable or satellite, they won't even know that anything happened. This will impact us RVers the most, especially ones that don't have an antenna with good VHF reception.
