I just programmed in phone numbers on a jitterbug phone for an elderly lady who just lost her husband and just got out of the hospital. Home care nursing insisted she get one.
I found the phone real easy to use. Nice big numbers. And at the bottom of the screen it asks what you want to do and walks you thru what you need to do. KISS theory at it's best! Pretty slick little phone.
She likes it a lot and at 92 it is her first cell phone! She has no problems using it. :C
