Just ordered a satellite

One of the options was a WiFi adapter. I didn't order it because I wasn't sure what it was for and when I asked, the lady I spoke with didn't sound as if she knew either.
Our only source of WiFi would be either the campground or our hotspot provided by our phone carrier.
Could someone explain what I can use it for if I bought it? Thanks so much.

    For sure...Satellite = $200 Mil + $100 Mil to get it up there!!!

    Satellite TV or satellite internet access? Which company, and what brand of equipment?

    Hard to answer the question with such a dearth of data.
