I understand your feeling, but it may not be Camping World, just CW Valencia. I say that because I live only about 12 miles from the store. I have shopped at many CWs out in the west. Portland Camping World has my endless gratitude for the help the offered. San Diego CW was very helpful when I stopped there.
Back to Valencia. I've posted before: They do not answer their phone rather you get a message directory sending you to endless hold. The staff, although most friendly, do not know the location of items in the store. On my last trip there a very nice woman walked me all around the store looking for places that they might store coax cable. I ended up just going to RadioShack. Walmart is next door but is very crowded...not my thing.
Anyway, my message to you is don't give up on Camping World. Many are wonderful RV stores. Just ours is sort of a loss.
