I did read the whole thread. And from your posts on here about this, I can only imagine how "PLEASANT" you must of been there at the store. I can not blame him for not wanting to communicate any more with you than he possibly had to. I guess as "BUSINESS FOLK" that you would particulary understand that. And as "BUSINESS FOLK" that you would understand that not all stores carry items in stock. Little ol' me that lives in the sticks understands it and would not drive that far without calling or checking online first. But then again if I had, I would not be upset that they didn't offer to ship it to me. Since I saw it online on sale and saw that it said free shipping, I would of went home and ordered it online or at least asked if they could ship it to me or better yet, hold one for me and I will be back later.
