Kindle Fire proplem

I have tried everything you all told me and it won't get past the parental control screen.I am now on the phone with Amazon and this guy told me everything you did.Not getting any where.Amazon must have hired the old AOL help staff! All they do is read off a piece of paper.Apparently,one of the problems is I only registered one of the Kindle's when I bought them.I didn't realize I had to register each seperatetly.This is what pisses me off at these help sites.They just read off a piece of paper and if you need more help they don't know what to do.Guess I'll try taking it back to Best Buy and see if the Geek Squad can help.
