Lack of Follow Through
Camping World must be raking it in so much they don't need new business. I have a roof-top AC that I need to replace. It is 10 years old and the original has been replaced. I sent a message to them through their web page several times, finally someone responded that I needed to call their number to find the part cross reference. I've done that three times and each time they say they will get back to me.
I guess I'll look elsewhere. I don't know how they can stay in business when they treat potential customers like that. It sours me on the entire brand. There are a couple of discount RV parts suppliers on-line that claim to have a "direct fit" but I wanted a "reputable" chain.
