Latest in Hot Spot devices?
I see we have stickies for cellphones, but not for Hot Spot modems. What is the latest? I am planning to go full time for several months this year and need modem without annual plan. In the past...

Got the modem 3 days ago and it took me 3 days to make it working.
1- the manuals aver very user-unfriendly
2 - even I already have 2 passwords for Calyx account and modem password, turn out to activate the WI-FI link I had to find generic, THIRD password.
3. the link to starting guide on Calyx site is dead
4. Sprint has no record for my modem account
5 Calyx doesn't answer phone calls and they don't allow messaging
6. Even Sprint coverage shows Las Vegas (where I am) as perfect signal, I had "no service" message on modem. Finally lot of try by error search found that modem placed on upstairs window get working signal.
7 I am getting 0.5 Mbps download and 1.5 -2.5 upload
8- my request to Calyx about refunding the `1st mistaken donation is still unanswered
So it is finally working and I am using the modem posting it right now.
More demanding web sites take time to download, but that is expect-able.
