I've run Malwarebytes and Glary Utilities but they are different from "HijackThis" which is your next best hope.
You have a browser hijacker embedded in the computer's registry.

If that does not work the next step would be to set your computer to an earlier restore point.
The restore point retrieves an earlier copy of the computer's registry file.
It's very likely that the virus has made changes to the registry file.
Sometimes viruses like that will erase the restore point - UGH!
If so, then you have to do more detective work and find out how the virus is working.
Lets just hope that hijackthis works.
If not, then perhaps we can look at how to find what keywords to look for and edit the registry file for them.
