Little batwings do they work?

We use to have great tv reception then they changed to digital our tv did work in Arizona but not any where elts they sell these little wings for around 30 bucks just wondering if it's worth messing with? Also we due have the new type tv thanks Tom
  • Sorry Tom, but I've got to ask, you do know that every time you move to a new location you've got to go through the set up on your TV and do a channel search? If you were getting channels in AZ you should get them everywhere else providing you are within range of station transmitters. I live 40 miles from the nearest transmitters and get great reception with "rabbit ear" type antenna in the house.
  • There is no "little" Batwing, only the standard size Winegard Batwing. It's still the best and if you are getting little or no TV you are either in an area where none is available or you have some other issue.
Be sure you power is turned on and if it is, go up on the roof and disconnect the coax at the head of the Batwing. There should be 12+VDC in the coax itself.
