I was just told by a DISH support person via chat that with the Tailgater and their RV pay as you go programming that due to new federal regulations, local channels will only be available via off-air...

Log in to your account, go to live chat and ask them to change your service address. You just need to tell them your address. I did it last week and have the locals on right now.
