I subscribed to Locast (which carries only local broadcast channels) for a couple of months at $5 per month and I liked it, but it has no DVR. A few times I would record a program on Locast with the built-in Windows screen recorder, but that meant I couldn't do anything else on my computer until the program was over. If they ever get a programmable DVR I might subscribe again and even pay a little more. One other drawback is they don't have the secondary channels like 27-2, 27-3, etc., only the base channels like 27-1.
