Thanks for the suggestion. It sure looked like an easy method since no other software is needed to crack the PW. The problem is, I can't enter into safe mode for some reason. I know I could do it before I reinstalled the OS. I press the F8 key repeatedly as it's booting up but it justKeeps going to the sign in screen .i don't know any other way to enter safe mode. I would really like to try your suggestion since it doesn't require downloading another program to accomplish what I want.
