One of the responses above suggested using Hiren's Boot CD.
You need to download it:
Hiren's Download Link
Unzip it.
Burn the .iso file to a CD.
Boot from that CD.
Then follow the instructions here:
Resetting Windows Password Link
Of course, all this assumes you have another computer to download this with. From your other posts, it sounds like you do.
