My personal recommendation would be that you find a nice 7-10" tablet and run Google Maps as your GPS and have a separate device for gaming, video editing and the web. You don't gain anything with a larger screen over a 7-10" tablet and they are very inexpensive and easy to use and mount on the windshield or dash. Not all have a true GPS module so be sure you get one that does. As a full timer who has pretty much tried them all, I have had the most success with the setup I describe above.
Are you going to be using an internet connection for your gaming? If so, have you considered how you are going to do that? Most camp grounds don't allow it and/or are not capable of handling it.
