I have a 10" Windows 10 tablet with removable keyboard that I purchased at Walmart for $100 a couple of years ago. It has 2GB of memory and 32GB of storage. I run Microsoft Streets & Trips on it. I also play music and audio books. My hotspot which is a MiFi 6620L has GPS built in and has a feature called GPS via WiFi. My tablet connects to that over the WiFi connection. I mount the tablet in a cup-holder on the console and plug the audio into my radio. It is my navigation and entertainment center. You don't need a massive amount of memory for Windows 10. My tablet boots up quickly and performs great. I have no problem running Streets & Trips and playing music at the same time.
