I have a 10" Windows 10 tablet with removable keyboard that I purchased at Walmart for $100 a couple of years ago. It has 2GB of memory and 32GB of storage. I run Microsoft Streets & Trips on it. I also play music and audio books. My hotspot which is a MiFi 6620L has GPS built in and has a feature called GPS via WiFi. My tablet connects to that over the WiFi connection. I mount the tablet in a cup-holder on the console and plug the audio into my radio. It is my navigation and entertainment center. You don't need a massive amount of memory for Windows 10.
Didn't realize the hotspots sometimes have GPS built in. Am using my phone for both now, but may have to check that out.
Thx
