Early last year our Bose unit went crazy. I got an RCA Home Theater 5.1 unit at Walmart for $158 and bought a Magnavox DVD/CD player for $39 also. All of this hooked up with HDMI cables. I used the Bose speakers and it sounds great. We can also plug our iPod into it and listen to all our CDs.
