Looking for small fanless inverter in the 200 watt range
I'm hoping that someone has experience with and can recommend a small inverter to use for charging laptops and cell phones that does NOT have a fan and runs silent. Anything?

Morningstar 300w would be the no fan option. I recommend GoPower 150 or 300 watt sine wave inverter. Powering a couple cell phones you will never hear the fan. Has a very low idle draw if left on overnight. Has a provision for a remote switch if you choose to hide it and wire to the existing outlets.
Or just get a surface mount 12v/USB connector to charge direct and skip the step the up and down process.
