WIthout drilling a hole. YES. but the 3=400 Not so sure.
What most folks do not realize is that in both Motor homes and trailers there are loles a=plenty already drilled. Now most of 'em are stuffed full of "expanding foam insulaiton" but you can easily push a wire though that if you try.
What are the holes... Lines for water and sewer piping. usually go into a "Tunnel" (sept or riser along the wall) on one or the other side of the RV. they come up under the sink and so on as well.
Motor homed have a lot of holes in teh fireweall as well. where wires, cables and other stuff pass through.
But alas you are gonna need to spend the money.
There may be a cable to the roof (Spot often marked with a decal) where they have buried both a coax cable and 12 volt leads.. IF you know where to look, the other end of the coax is in the TV area marked "SAT".
