I called DirecTV, and they sent out a guy in a truck. He replaced the dish, replaced the LNB, replaced all the cabling, and re-aimed the dish. It took him a couple of hours to get to us, and he spent about half an hour fixing everything up. All at no charge!
EDIT: I forgot to say that this was while staying in a campground, not at our fixed home site.
I thnnk that you were really lucky. Direct does not want to provide service to people that travel around a lot. They make it difficult.
