Everywhere, from 80M on up .... and clear through VHF. Many ferrite filter beads on the input and output lines of the old controller did nothing to help.... the controller box itself was radiating.
In the case of the 20A Renogy MPPT charge controller we had, installation of a large number of ferrites on both input and output leads did nothing to attenuate the noise.... to the best of our knowledge it was radiating directly from the board.
