After years of PC (Dell), use we finally switched to the Mac. The difference is unbelievable, probably one of the most reliable product I have ever used. Don't be intimidated by the change in format from PC to Mac, they are more alike than different and it is very easy to transition to the Mac format. I too will never go back to a PC. Yes they are a little more money but not all that much when you compare apples to apples {sorry, pun intended} :B
