Magellan road mate

Dear Marcus I sent a request through the online helpline about a problem am having with Mgellan,got no reply, sent a request to Good Sam club asking them to look into the reason for no reply, got no answer hope I get a reply from you guys, the air getting so blue I am having a hard time seeing.
