Chuck, if you have trouble getting an answer from them, try me, PM or here. Maybe their lousy customer service will catch up with their excellent product. I think they have changed. I signed on in Jan and hated the program. I tried it again in April and it seemed to be an entirely new interface and was fantastic. They also added some videos for instructions that were helpful. It is now pretty intuitive. They really need to offer a trial period if they want to charge $40. I think it is worth it but that's just me.
For a trip like you're planning, it is great. I planned our trip from Vegas to Idaho to Denver then NC. Then as we traveled it was easy to see what CG's were on the route where we anticipated stopping (and it told us where we'd probably stop based on our given driving time/miles).
