I am with you here. I have Verizon mifi.. so always mobile available. but I can burn 4 days of data in one evening doing online route planning....
so for now.. I do S&T .. export to software package "A" then to package "B".. if its still correct.. onto "C" and then download to Garmin... works about 1/3 the time.
there are Days ... I wish "DOS" was still the main system.. I could do anything with DOS....
and NO the DOS below windows is a joke... no power and limited access to a Windows program.
