Your unit should have come with a short dogbone adapter that has a micro USB plug on one end and a standard type A USb socket on the other (like a laptop) if not you can buy one from Samsung.
That said, i do not know if there is an adapter that will work with the operating system on the tablet.
A better choice is a WI-Fi range extender.. I suggest you "mount"such a device on your roof,,, If the unit has seperate antenna for the Park side and the Client (Tablet) side you can even make a directional adapter for it to give it better range.. (And that might even work if it has only one antenna)
