In order to do this and not violate the license, you'll either need to get permission from MS (highly unlikely) or purchase a commercial version of MS Office. Microsoft takes the license very seriously and there can be ramifications.
Not using it for commercial... I'm just sending out an news letter to other club members (30 or 40 members) in a community service club, as well as a camping club (now all RVs). The only money being exchanged is my time and money to keep them informed.
