Sad part is that 100% of the people with billing problems and overcharges were ones dealing with Verizon directly. For us it means the end of our 4G service as we will not continue on with Verizon who we used for a couple years before switching to Millenicom. With Verizon we would be paying 55% more for half the data.
We are in the final stages of installing a T-1 line to your house where for $252 a month we will have unlimited service at double DSL speeds, which is the best we can do with the local telco monopolies that the feds have allowed to grow as they buy up their competitors. T-1 was my only option in the 1970's and now in 2014 it is still the best option where I live (60 miles from Silicon Valley by the way).
Great living in a country with the worst telecommunications, worst transportation system, worst education system, worst healthcare system, but the best military in the world (and also the most costly) - for what it's worth.
