We tried to call the Verizon number given on our jetpack. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer it hung up on us. I knew there was a reason we did not want Verizon. NOT ONLY IS SERVICE TERIBLE, IT DOES NOT EXIST. I guess we will use Go Phone with Unite. STILL no contract!!
