Hmmm... last time I called AT&T to increase my data from 4 to 6 Gig I was speaking to a human in 2 minutes. Within 5 minutes they had sold me 10 Gig instead of 6 and lowered my monthly bill 20%. I'll take that kind of crappy service any day! :B

As someone else mentioned, if you can get to a company store you will be better off (and the accent is easier to understand).
