I have been trying to call the Verizon provided number for 3 days now and still cannot get through. This morning I called and was on hold for 70 minutes and then get a message that the net work was experiencing problems and to call back later ....CLICK.
I called the regular Customer Support and they have no knowledge of Millenicom or any offering for the customers. They do not show the phone number in their data.
Se we just keep trying. Sounds like they have one person assigned to answering the phone and making changes.
