Millenicom Customer Accounts Acquired by Verizon

After an hour wait, I was able to get through to a VZW CSR that was faniliar with the Millenicom changeover. The bad news is that the $10/month discount from the $100/mo 20GB plan for a 1-year contract is no longer offered. In light of that, I did sign up at the $100 month to month rate, with $8/GB for overages. Plus taxes of course. All in all, I think it not the worst deal, although I had hoped for better. I do like the per GB overage charge though, rather than the 20GB "use it or lose it" add-on option that Millenicom offered. We typically only need 2 or 3GB to finish out the billing cycle, and this plan is a bit cheaper than using our Straight Talk 3G hotspot to fill in the gap.
