Both Hotspots along with Straight Talk's year old UniMax U240C Verizon based 3G only model use the same plans:

Someone on the Howard Forums posted that they purchased the Verizon 4G LTE model (ZTE Z288L) and did a speed test. Download was only 3Gb/s so it seems to be throttled.
