Someone on the Howard Forums posted that they purchased the Verizon 4G LTE model (ZTE Z288L) and did a speed test. Download was only 3Gb/s so it seems to be throttled.

I don't doubt it. Att and Verizon seem to have a hand on the switch. Millenicom NEW USERS were routinely throttled by Verizon. Part of Millenicom's service was to get Verizon to reset (not sure that's the right word) to get the speed to what it needed to be.

I guess if no one notices... they get away with it. Everyone should be doing speed checks to make sure they don't get by with it.
