I'm using a T-Mobile plan from another MVNO, and as said, if your device covers Band 12, the coverage has gotten quite good, although not up to Verizon standards yet. Our Verizon Jetpack 20GB plan is still our "go to" when we need the best coverage. Our T-Mobile speeds at our current location are not the fastest we've seen, but are certainly usable.
