This is essentially the same deal that T-Mobile is offering direct.
I don't know about Millencom T-Mobile accounts, as mine is using a different ISP using T-Mobile 4G LTE enhanced service. Though my plan is unlimited, unthrottled 4G hotspot, speeds can vary as it's a second tier provider. Meaning T-Mobile direct customers get 4G speed priority.
