Millenicom Question

How do you folks check your usage?

    Login

    and go to the tab that says "products" - then click on your modem name.

  • Could someone please walk me through how to find the weekly report? I sign on as a member. I find the tab dashboard, but I cannot see anything that gets me the data. I have clicked each and every possible (I think).

  • We use a Cradlepoint 1400 router that has a data usage feature. When we have emailed Millenicom to check usage in the past it took as long as 7 days to get a response. The Cradlepoint shows usage by hour and can send out an alert if you get close to the maximum.

    With Verizonwireless you get accurate ongoing usage stats but pay more for the service. With Millenicom if you run past the cap they shut off your service until the next billing cycle. We bought the Cradlepoint router to keep that from happening.
  • You found the place it's posted, but be aware the usage is only updated every Monday night. You'll need to email them for updates on other days.
