I don't believe you can put a Mobley SIM in a phone. I seem to remember is was tried and failed. It's certainly not designed for any kind of phone service.
I had problems with my Mobley fairly early on and ended up putting it on a timer so it turned off for an hour over night and this seemed to keep it working smoothly when I needed it. All problems went away when I put the SIM in the Netgear router.
