TelCel and TelMex use two completely different systems.
And I have Adblock. And cookie refusal. And I clean Firefox cache every three days. None of the caches are large and the registry cleaner finds a half dozen items. The disk is kept <2% fragmented even the registry is kept defragmented.
But Windows 7 utility is telling me that both CPU cores are at or near 100% capacity and the hard drive light stays on solid. All of this is of course past-tense.
Would 4-cores help? A maxxed-out pair cannot be helping the CPUs speed and processing time.
I find it kind of tough to swallow that a slow internet connection would max out the CPUs.
Or is there some better way than Adblock + and blocking of all cookies permission given to a few selected sites?
