The easiest way is just sit it on a table I guess. When i hookup to CABLE TV at the sites I always bring along a second 25-foot RG cable and hook into the pedestal cable TV connection using a transformer splitter. One leg goes to the trailer CABLE connection and the other leg goes to the 25-foot RG cable which I throw under the trailer to use under the patio when I want to bring out a TV set.

My TV is just a 22-inch model. The bigger the OUTSIDE TV the bigger the crowd gets hanging our at the camp road watching TV with you hehe... The smaller HDTV can also get thrown into the storage bay when the storms come up or we want to walk away from the trailer for a bit...
Also most sides of the trailer in the patio area have a slide grove already mounted for an outside propane grill setup. You might be able to engineer up a quick connection shelf for your big TV there.
